1. Data Controller and Representative

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("GDPR"), as TRYVM, in our capacity as data controller, we may process, record, store, classify, update your personal data within the scope of the purposes explained below; in accordance with the law and rules of honesty, and we may disclose/transfer them to third parties in cases permitted by legislation and/or limited to the purpose for which they are processed.

Your personal data is collected through automatic or non-automatic methods via website, mobile applications, email, call center, and other written/verbal/electronic media.

6. Rights of the Personal Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the GDPR, everyone has the right to apply to the data controller and:

  • Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
  • Request information if their personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction if personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the GDPR,
  • Request notification of the operations carried out to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • Object to the occurrence of a result against themselves by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Claim compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.
