2. Subject of Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the service, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's website.

3. Service Information

The basic features of the service are available on the website. The sales price of the service is included in the order form. Payment method and delivery information are specified in the order form.

4. General Provisions

  • The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood all information regarding the basic characteristics of the service subject to the contract, the sales price, payment method, and delivery terms on the website.
  • The service subject to the contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address specified within the period explained in the preliminary information on the website, not exceeding the legal 14-day period, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence.
  • If the SELLER fails to deliver the service subject to the contract to the BUYER within the period specified in the contract, the BUYER may terminate the contract.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date for goods sales transactions and from the date of signing the contract for service sales transactions, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without showing any reason.

6. Dispute Resolution

Complaints and objections arising from this agreement shall be made to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court at the place of residence of the consumer or where the consumer transaction was made, within the monetary limits specified in the law.

This Distance Selling Agreement enters into force after being read and accepted by the BUYER in electronic format.
